Hi, my name is Mitch. I been knowing about this forum for a while, just never got a chance to sign up. I used to have a 2005 Stone White Srt-4. Had pretty much full bolt ons on it. S2 No Toys, Needwings DP W/E-Cutout, ED o2 Housing, ED Hardpipes, CCA Front Mount, 62mm TB, RFL BOV, MMs, Suspension, Wheels, etc. Sold it and got a pretty nasty, modded, GTO. But the guy I bought it from wanted it back very badly and offered me a Price I couldnt refuse about a year after I bought it. Then I rushed into a high mileage TBSS that I traded only a few months after I bought it and got the Caliber SRT4. I just didnt like the high miles the TBSS had.

Ive already got a good bit of bolt ons installed on the Caliber SRT4. I still have a good bit left that I want to do to it though.

Last weekend I recently met/got to see Billy and some people from Southern HotRod and his NASTY 300C. Surely had some awesome cars from SHR out! Sorry about the Half-Shaft breaking. I know Dookie said they were 1000HP shafts.

Im sure some may know me from other forums. Looking foreward to the experience here and getting to know some good people and give/get some good advice!

Yea im pretty split, time wise, between both tracks. Were you the Black GCSRT8 that was out there with the 426 and the Techco?

Yea I saw the decal and then remembered the site from a while back. Yea i didnt think they would have many Calibers on here. Figured mostly LX cars etc. I figure one more site wouldnt hurt though. HAHA. Now maybe I can see when yall have some meets etc, instead of just hearing it from other sites.

Thanks everyone for the welcome.

I do believe...did two logs since last tune yesterday, looks pretty good. Could use justa wee bit more tweaking, but it's MUCH better than Sunday.

Love the Interceptors...I have 1 in transit right now.
Badd ass GTO (if thier is such a thing...hehe)...what did that car do on the track? Is it still around?

Yea I just got the Interceptors finished up this weekend. I bought the Wideband Kit to go with it, so it was a little more involved hooking that up. I ended up bringing it to Benjy to finish the wiring because im not good with a heat gun. HAHA. I LOVE the gauges!

As for the GTO, I never got a good pass on the track. My shifter was broken when I tried the first few times(I didnt know when I went to the track). Then when I got it fixed the clutch started acting up. Wouldnt let me engage 4th. Stock clutch though. Best I ever pulled was a 12.5@115 letting off and coasting at the 1000ft mark(because I couldnt get it into 4th). Im assuming it would have gone some mid to low 11s at around 122ish. I was on good tires too, just couldnt launch hard because of the damn clutch. Car made 458WHP 419TRQ "cam only." I miss that car with a PASSION!! I considered "getting rid" of the Caliber SRT4 to get another one. But I owe too much. Thats why I put "getting rid" in quotation. LMAO. I dont have the balls to "get rid" of it though. I would prolly get caught, plus I like the Caliber and have sunk some $$$$ in it already. I just liked my GTO more.

And no the GTO is not around anymore. I sold it back to the guy I bought it from(Lives in Illinois). Its up for sale again right now, but he wants WAY too much for it. I miss it BAD! Biggest mistake ive ever made.......so far. LOL

Yea, "cam only" is about right...That manifold is worth it's weight in gold to a LSx. Sounds like it was a beast. Oh well, live and learn right.

Just checked on my gauge, set for delivery tomorrow. Fuck Yea!

You just had to find the one you wanted! I went thru something similar about 10 years ago. And then I did the big upgrade to the SRT in 2005.

Black bezel, black face with red SRT logo and blue/black lighting. It will match my Glow Shift wideband i already have in the 2 gauge pod nicely. I'll take some pics tomorrow once installed.
