Will get grocery's, and roll in the rain and snow...other vehicles are fair weather fowl only. Just had to get it...every old man should have one. I know this has to be an error...that speedo is a mis-print... 556 hp 541 Tq 12.3 quarter, off the show room floor. I know I have said "I will never drive a Cadillac..." The 2009 CTS V is really fun to drive! Not as fun as my truck, but it will do for a daily driver.
Holy CRAP, Roy. I was thinking I was gonna see a Volvo. lol Very nice choice Roy. Me likes. That speedo must be in KmPH? hahaha
I fuckin hate you. I hate you soooooo much. You're a bastard for flaunting that in my face. I'm gonna go jump off a cliff right now.
Don't do anything rash...come over and drive it for a couple of hours...you will chill...well maybe not. Its electronically limited to 185, unlike the manual trans. That one has no limiter on it. So I think the speedo is just marketing at least for the automatic. While it is automatic, or you can use the shifter, or the paddles...confusing...it all happens too fast, I prefer to let the auto do the work. All the good stuff is covered... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DL22...3-116-5-video-mt.html&feature=player_embedded
You would have added some class to what other wise was a pretty down and dirty drinking event. Next time!
Basically the same engine as the Corvette ZR1. Lacking the forged rods and pistons, a slightly smaller supercharger, and de-tuned. (All easily managed!) Its called the worlds fastest sedan after setting the record at Nuremberg. http://www.cadillacfaq.com/faq/video/thering2.html
GTFOOH....SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET HEHEHE im waiting for someone to get on here and be like LOLZ I GOT A ZR1!!!
I know your probably laughing at all of us, going to larger engines doing the F/I scenario, and discussing how to get it tuned properly. All of this for maybe one second in the quarter, it seems like insanity when you can buy something like that off the shelf, with a factory warranty. There must be a thin line between common sense and insanity, and it appears I am over the edge. You’re the man!
CTS V comes with 100,000 mile power train warranty... But I too have my moments of insanity: My Garage Queen: While the truck is quicker...if we were to compute dollars per tenth of a second...the CTS V is a much, much better deal! And what do I prefer to drive...there is no contest...the MOPAR wins hands down.
