New badge for my skittle...

    I got a new front badge for my skittle...So , I just figured I'd show it off.

    looks good. did you have it made from one of those distributors online? make it yourself? have a friend make it?

    im assuming its a piece of aluminum done on a CNC? correct?

    i do have one suggestion as i see the lil out of grooves paint in some spots.

    maybe get another blank made, paint it, then cut it. inlay would be silver, but perfect. and then clearcoat whole thing again to prevent chipping.

    I didn't make it...I'd have to get him to send it to me, paint it, send it back, then pray the CNCing didn't scratch the paint. I know it is not perfect, but then neither is my car. 3+ years on the road the paint is chipped/touch-up'd, there are dings and dents...I don't need perfect. The car is daily driven. It's going to get worn.

    Yeah, it seems a little smaller than the stock one, but no worries from me. I like it.

    I thought about it, 'cause I knew it would be difficult to paint...but in the end, newd just looks to plain for me.
