Exactly what I was going to ask.

    Billy,

If you purchase the Money Order's from the Bank, they will have logs of the Money Order's. You will need to come as close to the purchase date as possible to make it easier for the Bank to find.

Then you are going to have one hell of a time getting proof of Money Orders from Allsups. Their M.O.'s are logged by serial numbers from the M.O. itself through the machine. Unless you have the receipt with the serial number on it, you are out of luck.

then why did u say you switched banks......lol

I would just call the office tell them the situation and ask why 4 yrs later they are just now telling you that you still owe them.

I would call the court and ask why they are bringing this up now. Also state you paid them. see what they say. if it goes bad I would just bite the bullet and pay them again. you cant really agrue with them.

exactly what i was trying to get at, if after 4 years you havent had license issues you should be fine, normally if you dont pay a ticket then you get a letter in the mail saying your license will be suspended if you dont pay it
