At this point, it is all about quality of life. I've been following the job for years now and I'm going to try to slow it down a bit.

Right now we're looking at Bend and Portland. My Fiance's family is in Bend sho she wants to go there. I want to make sure that there is some form of sustainable economy up there before pulling the trigger.

We're just doing a lot of research at this point.

You would be much happier in Bend. IMO. Weather is better and you still have Big City commodities.
