This lady, Chinese I may add decided to slam her brakes on as soon as I got into the lane behind her a good 100 feet away, so as soon as I see that I slam mine on because AS*HOLE just hit her brakes with NOONE in front of her. So I slid a good 50' into the rear of her Jeep with a rear spare outside, I was coming to a stop and dumb dumb just sits watching. ZERO damage to the I may add. The good news, both fenders untouched, both headlights untouched no fluids leaking. The catch can stopped anything from moving farther back and touching the engine, no frame or engine damage, mounts etc. The bad news, front bumper cover must be replaced, Grill must be replaced but all inserts are good, hood pancaked must be replaced. Radiator bent must be replaced, AC condenser bent must be replaced, fan shroud, motors and blades are all ok, power steering cooler must be replaced, 2 of the 3 ESP brake lines crimped must be replaced, upper radiator support crushed must be replaced, hood latch must be replaced Just ordered the Carbon by Design CF hood to replace the OEM one, always wanted it so now I can have it, still deciding on the front bumper cover if I dont find something I like soon ill just get the OEM one. Still thinking about the SP radiator. I found the AC condenser for $106 on rockauto.com BTW the last pics you see on here is what I did half of my sick day off from work, I removed the hood and all damaged parts except for the AC condenser, radiator and PS cooler. So yea yesterday really fu*king sucked.
