1959 Cadillac Fleetwood 60 Special (Woodrose) 1959 Cadillac Flattop (6239) (Black) 1948 Indian Chief (sat for 35 years in a garage before I found her)
If that is your hearse, do you have more pics of it? mainly just the front end?? Trying to see what year Sayers & Scovill it is. I Used to own a 1968 just like it!
She's a 1970 SS Victoria end loader. She is owned by a good friend of mine. I just finished the body work and paint on the car. It took a year to complete, but it is nothing short of amazing! She actually was a landau top, but he wanted to take it off and go with the all paint look. Once we took off the vinyl, it revealed the most elegant body line all around the crown of the roof! From that point on, it was full speed ahead with body work and paint! He lives in Riverside, California and drives her every day, and once a year, takes her to Oregon to visit his son (without a hitch)! Great old hearse! I'll take some pix next time we get together, and send them to you. Thanks for the props! Best Regards, Bob
Those Caddy's are sweet!!! .... Always wanted a 59 :thumb2: That "Flat top" is COOL! I've never seen one before. :search:
Yeah... I like the flattop, too. Only 14000 of them were made, and most of them chopped up to fix coupes! You should see the interior. I'll post pix when I get a chance... Thanks for the props! Bob
