lee - definately good move doing the black pinstripe..... makes the job look "finished". it is damn near impossible to make a tape line look perfect without some serious wet sanding and then clear the entire lens. what you did makes it look finished without the extra work!!! well done!!
the penstripe was definately a great idea! That's the best visual mod I have seen on this car yet. VERY VERY NICE!
thanks ..last night I boarded the FAIL boat....Drive home from work w/fogs on, stopped to get gas and beer . I had just my head lights on at this time and I see a perfect wall to check my beam adjustment. Beam looks good so I try w/fog and shit hits the fan. Light go out, car dies, wont start, all power lost except for the dash, that is lit up like a Christmas tree, where the milage usually is reads "can bus" oh shit. I try starting the car twice , no good. I barrow some vice grips from the clerk, take off the neg battery and the car starts right up...sweet..not the check engine light is on. I drive home put the car in the garage and try the fogs again...same damn thing..the car freaks out. I disconect the neg battery and go drink meh beer. Needless to say the engine light is still on, the HIDs are out, till I can figure this out. HIDS and teh Cali= FAIL
I like what Ron did with his tails. Paint the solid red silver and a light tint for the rest. On a good note, the CEL went away after 3 heat cycles. I also need to figure a new eyelid for the stockers
