We can finally announce that we have a couple of great fuel systems for you LX guys. We have 4 variations depending on your power level. These are the product of many months of research, testing and product development. All systems start with a dual in bucket / in tank Walbro 255lph high performance pumps. No more of those goofy fuel starvation, pump cavitation, and minimum fuel level requirements that many race bred systems suffer from. We are utilizing the standard ballast system that Mopar designed for your split fuel tanks.

The fuel systems are complete systems down to the fuel rails. If you need a fuel system like this, you need fuel rails. In addition, all of these systems include a billet fuel filter that has replaceable elements. You can now do the fuel filter maintenance that you could not do before. All systems include check valves as well. No hard starts and fuel pressure bleed down problems either.

One of the great things about this system is that it is completely liveable for a daily driver. No significant fuel pump noise increase and all of the functionality of the stock system. You can run this thing down to "E" and not have any problems with fuel starvation or pump overheating.

-Custom Replaceable element High Flow Fuel Filter

This System has Proven itself up to 600 RWHP at 12 PSI of Boost.

Retail Price will be $1299.00 and there will be a $200.00 core charge on the bucket assembly.

Stage 3 is Built for the serious Power Producers out there with Competition in mind and is designed to support over 800 RWHP on Supercharged applications.

    Great job John.

    Questions.

    1) I assume this all wires up to the OEM harness?

    2) Will a new tune be required with this fuel delivery system?

    3) Will others using the Boost A Pump system be able to delete the BaP?

Thanks for the R&D on this John. I know that Pete's car has been loving this system since its install.

What Ron said and what size line do you use from the tank to the rails?

    I'll address Chris' question first
We use a -8 outlet but we have the ability to run a -10 if we deem it's needed

    Ron
We have tested the system both with a BAP and without it and found the BAP is not needed.
We use the factory wiring to the bucket with a 30 AMP fuse in the factory location and have seen no ill affects.

On the tuning aspect if your tune is complete with the fuel demand the engine is using then you wont need a new tune however we have found that the vehicles that need our fuel systems they have been seriously lean up at the top with injectors MAXED out long ago so yes the extra fuel available will require a new tune.

Oh and Pete's car has no BAP and was running 10.0 under WOT at 6000 RPM with 59 PSI and 1000cc injectors

    Exellent. Thanks John.

Not sure the 1000cc injectors are needed, but always nice to have for future increases. lol
