I'm having a Meet and Greet on March 15 at the New Smynra Speedway for Crossfires. Right now I have 28 signed up with about 20 confirmed. We are going to the Seashore State Park at 12 noon, then meeting at Shells Seafood for dinner at 3pm and then to the speedway at 5pm for some really fun time. We will be part of the season opening race ceramony which will be some parade laps around the track. We should get a few laps on our own after that, but with this many on the track they won't be very quick paced. During the intermission they have, we will get to go back onto the track for some spirited laps again. We'll divide up into about 3 groups and then get to really let them run. It's a half mile banked oval track and I hit 90 at the end of the straight last time we went. Now with the CAI installed and whatever else I can get done in the next 10-11 days, it should be one great ride out there. Anyone ever do anything like this with LX's or ??? Maybe we could do a SRT GTG there later in the year. Anyone interested? Toy
We have our yearly Spring Fling that day. Will be around 500 cars this year. They have an event the next day as well, and usually make a weekend of it.
