We always statrted the morning with the Lord's Prayer....guess they don't do it anymore even though it's intent kind of applies to a lot of different religions.
I remember the "Pledge of Allegiance" before class started in the morning...And we even said 'God'. I spank my child. Anyone who thinks that's horrible can fuck off. My child will know discipline. I was spanked as a kid, and I turned out pretty damn good (I think...). I had a friend who's parents didn't believe in spankings, and he turned into a hellion...

I agree with the abortions and condoms why not be safe, And why would you force some one to bring a new life in to this world. What if it was a kid from some one that raped you, or your no where near ready. The worlds already over populated. These are MY OPINIONS i know people feel very strongly against me thats fine. Right there with you . I have a sister and all I think about is her being down in SD by her self and somthign bad happen to her. Thank god we/they have a choice with what happens to the kid. Also I agree with you very highly on the pledge. I am not a big god guy but I had no problem saying it in school. what if the number 1 was againest my religous views would I not have to take math. Suck it up and just dont say god say bannana or somthing. People just need somthing to complain about
lol, im not at all religious either. i look at the word god as a representation of what the us was built on. we dont say jesus, buddha, allah, etc. there is no religion in it, just what we ourselves believe.

Yeah, I think they take it too literally as well. I mean, any mention of the word God, gets their fricken panties in a bunch. It's the whole idea behind God. Do good. Care for others. Don't cheat, lie, steal, kill blah blah blah. I mean, use your fuckin head before you shoot someone in a convenience store or have sex with 5 different guys at a party and then cry because you're pregnant with ANOTHER kid from a DIFFERENT father and and you can't even afford the ones you have now. Some good values and beliefs that could be passed on to kids are instead avoided like the plague. AND it's getting worse. Work Ethic amongst a lot of younger people is ALSO GONE OUT THE WINDOW. My parents worked their asses off in factories for 30 years and put me through college so that I wouldn't have to face that.
yep...these are the same assholes that dont let you play dodgeball cause it singles kids out and give everybody A's so they get the warm and fuzzy feeling that they are doing good!...took away wins and losses in sports so that its ONLY about playing not about compitition of any kind....everybody gets trophies.... then....they get to the real world....get shit on once...lose their mind and pull out a gun and shoot everyone cause they have never dealt with failure and cant handle it....
