Got my RPM Rollbar installed last weekend and thought I should throw up some pics. For anyone on the fence about doing this, Tim and the guys at RPM Rollbars are great to deal with. I got my bar as promised and it came to me well packed and damage free. I will say, this is not an install for the faint of heart, or for anyone whose best tool in the garage is a dremel. It took me and TVRob ALLLLLLLL day to install this bad boy. I started at 10 am last Sunday morning and finally finished at 2am Monday morning. There is A LOT of work to make this right and finish it clean. All that aside, it is defiantely worth it. I can now run any track without the fear of being asked to leave!!! This is a great product and I highly recommend this option for anyone who needs a bar but does not want to go through the trouble of having one permantly welded inside the car. And yes...... that is my sons booster seat in the back for anyone who doubts I drive this beast everyday!! lol Although until I have that section padded, he will not be seeing much time back there!
nope....... just color "challenged"........... No, just regular gloss black. the quality of the powder coating is quite impressive for such a large piece. and yes, i will be keeping it just as clean and shiny as the outside! thanks buddy!! so when you putting one in the charger?? :shifty:
hahahahaha Yea, you have a LOT of experience in rubbing tubes. Only on a much smaller scale... :ronlove:
Chris, looks awesome brother! Out of curiosity, have you noticed any chassis stiffening with that bad boy?
a little rick....... but i never really drove the car like you would. i am more the straight line type.......:bigwink: lite weight???? friggin 4500 lbs is what i weighed in at during the orlando race!!!! :getlost: thanks buddy!!!
