Couldn't find a "Dealer" section, if im just blind admins pls feel free to move the thread. Anyway, in another post I was questioning a call from the shop telling me I would have to replace rear pads and rotors at 17k, I left a message with some questions with the service manager and within a half hour, got a call that they would do the work under warranty. In the past, they installed a iPOD integration system that developed an intermittent short in the cable, they also replaced not just the cable but the whole unit. (thats happening today too) Also In the past I had the plastic belly pan (for the lack of another description) underneath fly off and they replaced it for nothing. I got to give these guys Kudo's, Ive always been impressed with their service. I have the 3 yrs free oil change and in the 2 yrs Ive had the car haven't spend a dime (except the initial iPOD purchase). I guess Im just waiting for things to go seriously wrong because good service from a dealer is not something Im used to but everytime they come through.
I've worked with them several times and always been pleased with their service. One of the salesman over there is a complete retard but they are a dime a dozen. I've only bought jeeps from there but it sounds like Chryslers are treated just the same.
