Arguably the coolest video to date!!!! http://video.kenblockracing.com/flash/player/index.php?vendor_id=204&video_id=9183
Holy freaking $hit!!!!! :worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy: :worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy: :worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy: :worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy: :worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy: Crap i want a subie!! Some day i hope to be 1/4 as good as him!!!
oh my god.... at 3:02 when he goes around that cone was just insanity.... not that the rest wasnt hahaha..... did you see him smash up the back? hahaha madness...just madness i tell you!!
While Rick isn't quite up to the tasks in that video, that mofo can drive, folks. I remember following him around the back hills... he had master_1011 (Jeff) riding shotgun and I was about 50 feet behind them... Right turn, and Rick goes drifting through (and past) the corner... I remember seeing Jeff looking at me through the pass. side window after I made the same turn and they were perpendicular to me!!! That look was classic! Kind of like "Holy shit Momo, get me the fuck outta here!... oh snap! You can't... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Yep.....pretty much. You forgot to add we were going over 40 MPH....sideways.....down a two lane highway.
My bad... LMAO!!! You should've been there for the infamous Eastlake Rally Course in the rented Ford focus... try that same scenario in a lunch box, on bumpy dirt roads... but doing 60+! It'll make your ass pucker... actually, I just shat out a piece of seat fabric last week!
you know for next time you guys need to invest in Go Pro Hero Camera (like my bumpercam) and mount everywhere on/in the car and get some good vids.
I was the camera platform last go-round... but I kept turning the camera instead of staying stationary (which would have provided a better 'perspective' of how far sideways we were going). I wonder if Hertz offers exterior cameras on their cars?!?!
LMFAO if you have at least 3 camera, one inside, one on the door, and one on the roof you'll have some good vids. EDIT: 3 examples of what i said. http://www.webridestv.com/showvideo.aspx?video=157976
Bump for everyone who "needs" to see this video again. I've watched it at least twenty times and it a good reminder of how "insignificant" of a driver I am! If you haven't seen it, watch it! This video has more views than any other car video I've seen.
As I said before: I'm unimpressed. Not only were my brother and I doing stuff like that back in high school (in his 4-dr. LeCar), but if you gave me an empty air force base, a full crew, a semi full of tires, another semi full of parts, a third full of fuel, and multiple takes......I'd do that same stuff. In a full-size pickup truck.
