ok I just got done dyno tuning my CSRT4 and off the dyno about 30 min ago and am going to post up the numbers. I will post the graph when I can get to a scanner.

    Mods:
Real Tune stage 1 and 2
ED TBE with high flow cat and resinator
    BWoody 3 1/2" SRI

    Numbers:
    Max HP: 398.1 @ 4850 RPM
    Max Torque: 441 @4650 RPM
    Boosting @ possibly 24 PSI

the bottom line is before the tune with the mods, the top one after the tune. I had to ink in the top one because I could not get it to show up in the picture with the color he used on the graph.

Damn Jigga! Those are some VERY healthy numbers @ 16 PSI. Why didn't you bump up the boost to 20-22?

I keep hearing this for some reason and keep correcting it. I have also read Aaron@realtune do the same. They are available. Just the turbo not the waste gate though. PM him

I wanted 20 PSI but it wouldn't do it. 16 was maxed out. Maybe it is the elevation here or the fact I am only using 91 octane... I don't know to be honest. The tuner adjusted the timing all he could, tried to tweak out the AFR's, we even disconnected the waste gate line... would not go over 16 PSI. We had it up to 408WHP and 466Torque but the AFR where just to low unfortunately. Oh well. I am happy with how it is. Hell even at 16 PSI she pulls like a beast and glues you to the seat

Ahhh you don't have a modified WGA. Once AGP finishes up those WGA's you will be in business big time my man!

What did your knock look like? What AFR's are you running? The CSRT likes a 12.3-12.7 AFR. I keep mine a bit richer on the big end for longevity sake, but intial spike is around 12.3-12.5 and upper 11's at redline.

did you try modding the stock wga? guy around here with rts1 did and was spiking 20 holding 18. very smooth drop too not bang 20 boom 18 more like bang 20 slow drop 18.
    made nice power that way.

Yup I've got a O.G. 1st gen modified AGP WGA on mine and I spike 22 and fall to around 18 in third, fourth holds 20 PSI. The low/mid powerband is SOOOO much better as well.

Yeah I tightened the wastegate arm as much as I could but that is all I could get. I am actually throwing this code sometimes too "P0248 Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid B Range/Performance". My AFR's are in the 12's and I my spark plugs are gapped at .22. He had me at 408 HP and 460 Trq but the AFR's where to low and dangerous. Now if I was running E85 he said he could safely run me at the lower AFR's and have me around 415... something to think about. I don't know if they have E85 in Germany though and that is where I am heading shortly. Graphs are up on original post.

He is one of only 2 people who have our stage 2 turbo [besides us]. I havent pushed the sales as I wanted to see how things went for other people.

I sent you a PM as I had some questions I would like you to look into.

    Good job btw!

Well after doing some data logging for Aaron so he can look at some things for me i noticed I am pushing 24PSI not 16. I don't think the tuner read it properly or something. I don't know. No knock though so that makes me think my scan gauge is bad. Numbers may go down after I get some more info
