For those that did not see this thread: http://www.srtconnection.com/forums/showthread.php?t=13609 had a bit of an issues with something i ordered..... put in another call today and talked to someone higher on the foodchain. they were VERY polite and obligeing and told me a new one is on its way for weds, and that they will send fed ex to pick up the other unit. even gave me a discount for my next purchase!! i was actually somewhat impressed with their customer service this time. so in a nutshell, i would go back to them again in the future!!!
not necessarily promoting.... the response was "that was in no way appropriate or something that should have been done by anyone from this organization...... for that we apologize and will make this right asap!"..... as for the original person, i did not get (or at least remember) the name......
Glad they are going to make this right for you. In their stores, the customer service is really top tier. Their staff are all super-friendly and go out of their way to try to get you what you need. I only ordered on-line once (Dashhawk) and they price matched it to some unknown 4WD truck site that I found who was selling them lower than anybody else I could find.
Chris... you're such a wuss! You cave in at the first sign of $$$ or a hard Mr. Happy! Where's your pride man! Stick to your guns man! ....just send me the discount and I won't punch any holes in your man card!
