I few weeks ago, I installed my new coil pack granatelli, new granatelli wires, NGK Iridium Spark Plugs colder 180 t stat and a aem sri also a catch can. Since then I have not gotten on the car yet, so today I was on the high way and when I floor it the boost gauge does not go past 10 psi, but before the install the car would easily go past 10psi and go to 12. I pulled off a ramp and was at a stop light when it turned green, I shifted from 1st to 2nd then I floored it and again it wouldn't go past 10. Also when I am at a stop my exhaust sounds like it is making a small back firing noise. Any ideas of what I can do?

I never had the issue before though until I installed the new parts. Can it be the Intake?

I'm thinking what he said...most likely everyone will tell you the same thing...first thing you need to do is a boost leak test.

Ok. I will do that. I am pretty sure it can be the intake since the guy I bought it off of had the 2.5-3' piece cut a bit and I put it on like that I might need to put some RTV sealant on that if possile to fix it.

Honestly if your car was only boosting 12 lbs to begin with...I think you definitely have a boost leak. Stock an SRT-4' should be spiking around 14 lbs of boost.

if its not sitting at zero your gauge is bad and you need to replace it.

replace the gauge and then see what your boosting afterwards.
