intake and water pump measurement

    RTV or not

    What r the OD measurement of the water outlet on the water pump. I got 1 inch & 15/16. Does anyone no for certain? Also what is the OD of a 90 mm throttle body I figure 3 inch & 7/8. People im really checking my math before I order parts to match the items im talking about. Anyone know a vendor who sells a coupler to match the 90 mm tb.

    Thanks for the input it helped a lot I finally got everything put together next question is for the TB gasket should I put RTV on the gasket or not the gasket that came off did have any on it but I was always taught to put RTV on all gasket.

    Yep, I just measured mine and got numbers very close to yours. I am using a 4" coupler and squeezing it down a bit.
