inspection with high folw cat ?

    I just want to to know if any one in NY or NYC, have passed inspection with high flow cats on ? And if so where at ? my sticker is up in July, i need to know what do i need to do to pass.

    As long as you are not throwing codes, you should pass emissions with no problem.

    Hell, I passed emissions here in New Mexico and I do NOT have any cats. hahahaha

    do the non fouler mod (pretty much a spark plug fouler) search google it is easy
