yes, but since they made a public post on all the forums they are supporting vendors for, then they have brought themselves into the public eye, and should have a moral obligation to answer all the questions asked.
I think Howdee should post the supporting evidence (the post with the dyno sheet) on the threads on the other forums too.
maybe try this forum, http://www.galxclub.com/forum/index.php they are a vendor there and it will be seen by their local crowd.
I hope this works out man. God knows I've read enough horror stories where vendors don't step up. I've kept a few stories to myself that I thought would turn ugly, but finally worked out in the end.
My car has already been repaired. Aric does have lots of folks who are happy with his work. To my knowledge mine was his only mistake which he has now made good on.
