haha Mike, I pursued opening a CW last year (even had a 100% investor). All the lots that I looked at were taken. WTF? haha The one I really wanted is on Golf Course and Ellison (where the Smith's is). Burger King is being built there. ARGH! That Smith's gas station pushes out 500 - 750K gallons a month. That would have been a GOLD MINE for a CW. Still looking though. haha I tried this years ago, Chris. I sent Hal out at nights to make money. Well, the next morning she came home with $400.10. I ask, "Who gave you .10 cents?" Hal said, "Everyone". hahahahahahahaha
I hear ya man, I looked at that lot on the bottom of the hill behind smiths too but wasn't sure about the location. Would need lots of flood insurance. I'm thinking about self storage but these new PODs are gonna take a big chunk out of self storage businesses. Guess its back to servicing swamp coolers again...
