MASSIVE, HUGE, MEGA thanks to Ralph @ Show & Performance!!! The last straw came a couple weeks ago, when I disassembled the ENTIRE fuel rail setup & shipped it off to Ralphy-boy. He tweaked it, scrubbed down the fittings, adjusted the hoses, pressure tested it to 100lbs, and it came back into my loving arms last night.

Tonight I installed it. Drove it, checked it. Small leak, tightened it down. Drove it again, bone dry. Drove it again, bone dry. FLOGGED IT, went to get gas (lol, wasted plenty), bone dry. Drove it home, nice and dry. No leaks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone for listening to me BEOTCH and moan and cry for the last three months as my gorgeous baby just sat in the garage, with this simple mod gone wrong. Thanks for all the help from Ron & Kyle, and again Ralph. LOVE YOU GUYS, MAN!!!!!!

He said he took some scotch brite pads to the fittings, and cleaned them up & smoothed them out. I believe he also cut some hose & re-installed the barrel fittings. A couple other tweaks, but it's been several days since we talked, and I don't exactly remember.

I'm still kinda scared to really STOMP on it, lol. I have this feeling in my heart that the fittings are gonna come FLYING off and explode, lol. I'm sure I'll get her broke back in though, lol.

NOW I can finally get my coolant flush, gauges installed, oil changed, and the motor mounts installed!!!!!!!!

Gotta love progress....BTW, no matter how hard you press the pedal, the fuel pressure remains constant. :bigwink:

If anything it will drop (if your fuel pump can't keep up). It's like when you flush the toilet while your wife is taking a shower.
