Please don't assume that. Why would you think everybody does this? I used to play a LOT of cards at Garden City. Occassionally 2 days straight or more at a time. Players got service at the table. Sometimes I wasn't at my sharpest when I left. One weekend I realized I might have left without paying for my dinner. I wasn't sure, couldn't remember. I drove over there the next evening just to square it. I didn't even like that waitress, she always screwed up the order (but that doesn't have anything to do with it). Don't misinterpret here. I'm not bragging or getting on a high horse 'cause there isn't anything to be proud about. It's just something I'd take for granted for most anybody here.
