There is a kit available for the Patriot and Compass that includes a rear envelope net as well as a Floor Net. There is a pic below (courtesy of trainerbyday @ jeeppatriot.com) (picture no worky, seems langauge filters own people's names) More here: http://www.jeeppatriot.com/forum/showthread.php?p=61254&posted=1#post61254 Mopar part number 82210538
What you get: Installing the floor net: As we only have two tie down hooks, I simply slid the other hooks down and around the rear floor to attach it. To open the rear floor, you just have to un hook the two hooks by the tail gate
Installing the Envelope net: Trial and error involved to get the net as vertical as possible, it seems that the jeeps have a bit more height before their rear window Found a spot just under the weather stripping, be sure to keep the spacing between the plastic and the metal: I removed the weather stripping, drilled the holes and then screwed it all together, into the rear door jamb, this things isn't going any where. I recommend painting the bare metal Installed: A genuine Jeep product  Those of you with the rear cargo cover, might have a different outcome...If you look in my pictures, I have technically blocked the rear cover mounting points with how high the net is. Now there is some give in the net that you should be able to just put the cover in place anyways as per normal and the cover and the net would just yield to each other. Let me know if you have any questions :bigthumb:
Thanks, I know its not a performance mod, but what's the point in doing performance mods to a non-SRT Caliber?
I wonder how that would work with the Kicker and the Music gate. It sure would help to keep the groceries in place, doing corners at 150 lol
No No I'm not running the Kicker set up. I have a 12" JL Audio W3 back there. *edit* I made a thread in the visual/body mod section with some pics of my set-up
