I bought a set of OEM fogs, cut the lenses off with a dremel, and then siliconed in a pair of 100mm SMD rings with something like 33 lights per ring. Ran the wire out the vent hole on the back of the housing and siliconed that up. Then reattached the lenses with silicone. Then I installed a replacement 'bulb' with something like 21 SMDs each. 108 little lights in total for the pair... Put on some 3M lens protector film for good measure:
