like i've mentioned many times, i can't stand the way the firewall area looks with the plumbings and harnesses. i was looking to cover the back and try to frame the engine bay. there's only a few companies that currently make a firewall cover, but i didn't care for the way it sit's. the firewall sit's infront of the strut brace, which makes it cover overhang on the intake manifold and valve cover's. i have the Razor's Edge strut brace and want to showcase it, not cover it. so, i made a template and cut it out of sheet metal and painted it to match. mopar spray can was not a match, but livealbe.

let me know what you guyz think?

    sorry, pix coming shortly....

man, i'll NEVER get rid of my ride, i'm just waiting for a reason to upgrade to a 426. now is when it'll get really interesting. next mods will be a unique interior and trunk encloser. i've already got some ideas. it should turn out sick, just trying to narrow down my ideas. take care!
i'm always lurking on all the forums.

Jimmy, good to see you around. I'm wondering why Razors Edge chose YOU over me to showcase their product....I mean, check out my BADASS 4 point rear shock tower brace (LOL). You're engine compartment looks great buddy!

I love the look of your engine bay and it is definitely the look I have been wanting to go for. However, I have never seen the lettering to go on the carbon fiber engine covers. Did you buy it from a vendor or make it yourself?

Also, do you have any tips on how to replicate your firewall cover? I only wish I could make mine look as nice.

    Thanks, Wally.
