ya know, it just occured to me you may want to check two more things... First the FM cable from stereo to antenna. Also check the Serius antenna. Both of these might be grounding out on the car body somewhere creating this issue... It will be a PITA, but it may also be ALL of your problems...
I confirmed it to be the lights by turning the radio on then tuning the lights on and off. As the lights go on, the static begins. Turn off the lights, no static, perfect radio reception.
yes, but this could also be caused by an exposed antenna wire to metal. Since the HID's eat up a HUGE amount of amps, you may never know that the antenna is grounding out. Same if you were to hook-up a powerful Subwoofer Amp...

Ron, the vendor contacted me and said there is a noise cancellation kit. They are sending me two for free today. Lets see what happens....
