Thanks Leg, I agree about who you can trust with your car anymore, they appear to be few and far between.

Yes, I do remember, and I think that is exactly the way it's going to unfold. I had an email from Carlos today that he was no longer employed by Techco!!!!

I hate to say it, but it sounds like its time to lawyer up. Make sure you keep and record/note every correspondence with any current or former employees.

Is there a possibility that Techco didn't so much as "MOVE" facilities as they have "RESTRUCTURED"?? And we don't know at this point the degree or severity of the "RESTRUCTURING"???

I spoke to Jim Moore yesterday, the Production Manager at Techco, he assured me that Billy Tally has not been let go and is still constructing my motor as well as Eric's. He also said that Techco is not shutting down, they did have to relocate due to a problem with their current building. Yes it is true Carlos is not employed with Techco at the moment. I should have more info today as to when Cam should receive our motors, I am gonna ask Jim to have Billy call Cam as well.

Welp,As much as i hate to say it but I call bullshit..There is something more going on here then relocating.Other wise they wouldnt have treated Chuck the way they did or anyone else for that matter..You would think they would have done a little better damage control before and during thier so called move.

On a side note I do hope Im wrong..

Regardless of what is or is not true there is no excuse for any consumer to have to go through what these guys are. You run a business you do it professionally many companies move and do not drop a beat when it comes to taking care of their customers in fact I recall when BMC moved shops if they had not posted it we would of never known. There are professional ways to handle things like this like putting tech support online to answer question or a different phone number to reach anyone who works at Techco during the move you simply just dont leave folks hanging. You guys are smart enough to come to your own conclusions
