What about the pilot bearing? It's not offered with Clutch Assy. Its' best to replace it while its apart. Is there anything else to do while its apart my car has 46000 miles on it but the clutch has apartently failed so I might as well take any other precations while its in pieces.

a modular clutch is a one peace design that has the flywheel.pressure plate, and clutch disk as one peace that bolts up just like a torque converter and yes our car uses a flexplate

Ok, I understand that a little better now. What about the mopar performance clutch is it a good one? or is the clutch master a better one?

if your not going to mod it much u can use the mopar clutch but talk to Aaron he might be able to get a southbend cheaper than a mopar clutch

It will get moded up eventually, but right now its just going to be like a stage 1 car, around 300hp. IN a few years it will prolly be a different story. This is my daily driver so I dont want anything thats going to make it a bitch to drive.

then get the mopar. there's no need for a southbend if you're going to be mostly stock for a while.
