Read the howto last month on lxforums. Somebody else had it backwards and was asking that the light didn't seem like it would be shining the right way... what a dumba$$.
    Ordered the bezel and switch
Ordered the triple tower LED 194 replacement bulb
Carefully, correctly sized and printed the template

Went to install today (no rain today between storms and they had cancelled the golf tournament yesterday).
Used an exacto knife and cut out the template
Removed glove box (it doesn't exactly fall out of there)
Taped the template on the dash in the indentation
Meticulously cut away the dash padding with the exacto knife (great)
Then used my dremel with flexible extension and a cutting bit -- worked wonderfully! cut the hole Perfectly to the template. Just like downtown!
Found the plug and wiring harness
Got the bezel and.... it hit me. PUCK! it's pointing the wrong way!

Fortunately the clips on the flat side of the bezel are pretty close together in the center and it clipped in the hole just fine the right way. looks like it came from the factory and works great.

    I can't imagine someone actually installed their's backwards... what a dumba$$.
