Gas (Premium) is around $3.20/gal. here in NJ. I was wondering if anybody remembers the good old days when gas was .33/gal. Wondering what everyone in the country is (forced) paying for gas now as all of our SRT's require premium? What price will you start slowing down and for me it's about $5.00/gal. YIKES. If we see those amounts I'm gonna slow down maybe even take my motorcycle to work or even worse buy a Hybrid or all electric car. Also what's the lowest price you can remember? For me and I guess i'm dating myself but it was .33/gal. As a driver I paid in the .50/gal. range Sam
Premium down here ranges from about $3.45 to $3.49. And its lower here than in other parts of Florida. The thing that sucks for me is my Daily Driver is an ML500 that gets worse gas mileage than my SRT. I drive about 105 miles a day. Going to work, then getting the kids, then back home. Costs me about $21/day. At $5 per gallon, that will be $30/day. I'll be trading in the ML for some 4 or 6 banger at that point.
Yup... 101 5.65 a gallon Pump (Premium) 3.47 Diesel 3.61 WTF??? I will not slow down. One thing others forget though. Think about the Europeans. Shit, even Canada. They are already paying well over 7 bucks a gallon...
$7 bucks a gallon! WTF, poor Milan that Canadian Bacon must be pissed off. Hey Ron my wife's Excursion Diesel isn't that bad. We fill that 44 gallon tank up in MX for under $100 bones. The only thing is I make sure to change the fuel filters twice as often.
I filled my truck up yesterday at the local Sunoco station...they have a sale on prem every friday..same price as mid-grade...reg price was 3.329...sale price 3.229.....
Move out of that devil infested state to God's chosen state..TN....but you will have to leave the queer lifestyle behind....:tooth:
Getting old beats the alternative. But you didn't say what the lowest price was for you? When I first started driving there was something called Gas Rationing in the 70's. Odd/Even license plate- Gas lines
premium is 3.21 where i get it. you can probly get it at wawa for like 3.19 but thats watered down 92 octane.
actually I will have to get back with you on that, it's been close to 9 months since driveing a vehicle that takes premium. Im wondering myself.
..current prices are the lowest grm has paid...he just recently was old enough to get his learner's permit..:tooth:....BTW..lowest I ever paid was 25.9 cents for regular at a grand opening for a convenience store back in 1972...:guns:
hahaha The good ol Rationing days. They even had Green, Amber, and Red Flag days.. lol The lowest I remember, when a kid, was .28 a gallon. When I began driving it was around .55 a gallon. Back then, you get a couple of dollars from the gang, and could damn near fill the tank for a weekend of driving fun. And Cigarettes were .45 a pack. lol
we need to become like saudi arabia or dubai where everybody is a millionaire and the government gives you hundreds of thousands of dollars just for turning 18
