fuel tank lock ring

    Anybody know where to get a wrench that will remove the lock ring on top of the fuel tank? Mines leaking and after leaving some pretty deep marks on it with a screw driver and hammer I'd like to get a wrench to take it off.

    ebay. there is a guy their that sells a lot of miller tools. That is where I got mine from.
