I'm liking them so far as they gave me my first decent times at the 1/4 mile. With a little practice launching 11's should be mine. My 60' was 1.872 on this run. I trapped 116.8 a couple of times but the 60' was 1.9xx and I only managed 12.2. Next time I'll go prepared with a fan, spray bottle and cool the car down .... if necessary.

Second time on drag radials, I ran 12.04 @ 117. I was on track to being the fastest SRT of the night until a boosted Challenger SRT-8 ran a 11.9. So .... Tri Y headers are on the way.

Thank, I appreciate it. I've headers on order and I'm hoping the extra power will overcome my 1/4 mile inexperience to get into the 11's.

Best way to get that experience is to keep doing it.

I just got a set of used drag radials this fall but haven't had a chance to try them out yet.

They do indeed. I dropped .7 with drag radials. Mine seem to work best from 16 to 18 psi. Even with the drag radials, track prep still makes a huge difference in grip of the line.
