All Attached is the dyno sheet from our Engine Dyno Testing yesterday. Power Output is actually 902HP/919Ft-Lbs with only 12psi of boost. We dyno’d the engine with our Diablo Sport CMR software and our custom dyno harness using all stock Dodge sensors. The engine was conservatively tuned to 16 degress of spark at peak RPM with race fuel. This is a customer engine so we did not push it, but this result shows us how much power potential is there as a starting point. The configuration for the dyno test was as follows: Strategy 68004308af MAP 2Bar SRT4 Inlet Tube Standard Techco SC Inlet Tube Pulley SC: 2.71", Crank: 7.5", 445mm Belt, 114mm Tensioner TB: Stock Dodge 80mm Plugs NGK Iridium IX Heat Range 7 6510 (Pre-Gapped to .044) Injectors Techco 60lb Injectors (Standard in SC Kit) Fuel Pump Dyno Pump w/Return Set to 60lbs Air Filter Techco SC K&N Exhaust Stock Headers, 3" Pipes Engine Techco 427, Forged Crank/Rods/Pistons, Cam, Ported Heads For those of you who have patiently waited for us to complete our set up I thank you!!!!!:mains::mains:
That's the motor we were testing on the Engine dyno when I called you yesterday. Take a look at the peak power at 6200. We didn't pull it past there as it was a customer engine and we just running it in, but it didn't show any signs of nosing over yet with the head/cam set up we have.
I would like to see what the motor alone has to offer and then how much the blower adds... huh? You called me yesterday? lol Yea, but the motor has the blower on it during the dyno run, right? I was just wondering what the motor alone (without blower) is putting down.
no not at all. Just curious how the motor compares with out the blower and vice versa. Comparing my motor to Techco motor would be exactly like comparing apples and oranges. My build is completely different than Techco's build.
Nice. What would you expect to see with drivetrain loss. I would assume somewhere in the 15% to 20% range. If it's a GC, could it even be higher? What CR did you end up with?
I think this 427 is bound for a Chally, and the first 397 which is next up on the engine dyno is bound for Lisa's Chally. This will Also the first 09 5.7 Based Stroker too I might add
