Factory Stainless Steel 36 Coupe

    I know this isn't a Dodge. They didn't do it...
    I caught one of these cars on Mecum and it didn't sell at $325,000. I wouldn't habe thought it would have sold for that either.

    It is a '36 Ford Coupe made of Stainless Steel FROM the factory.
    There were only 6 made. Weird I had never heard of these before.

    The one on Mecum had a mirror smooth polish compared to this one.

    I thought they should have taken that kind of money for it.

    I have heard of these years ago, I think Ford may have done it one other year...I believe it was some deal with Ford and the steel industry to promote stainless steel and also a Ford show piece...Its a two door, not a coupe, coupes don't have a back seat
