While I still need/want some performance stuff, I figured since my car is THE attraction at Meet and Greets, that I best start to consider some bling. Mainly, the engine compartment. I know, BT has stuff that looks nice, but what other stuff can I do? What color? I'm thinking red/siver or blue/silver... (I'd also need new red hoses for the blower if I go red - where to get those?)... I'd like me some braided hoses, but I want a COMPLETE kit, I'm not into piece-mealing shit and I'd want damn near every hose done. I don't want a half-done, half ass, ghetto-thrown-together look... if I'm gonna go that route, then the engine bay's gonna get done right. Throw some ideas/opinions out there if you please! * I'd also LOVE to have that NEW Hurst shift kit that MPSC has, but it won't fit anything but the 08's damnit (if anyone has a fix idea for that, let me know!)...
I like Ryan's engine cover, but if I go red/silver, I'll leave mine alone, as its already red/siver. I though BMC only had the BT can lines?!?!
Jason... Go with red because you did your SRT logo on your wheels and your Brembo's are red also... so I would think stick with that theme... Talk to Ralph about changing out those blue Vortech pieces... he knows of a place to get different color one's.. also if you do decide to use BT stuff as well... buy an extra red hose and send it to them when you are ready to buy stuff... they will tell you how close there red is to it... if it is not close... then buy black stuff... just my 2 cents...
