Hey everyone, I am looking to spruce up the engine bay a little bit by painting all the plastic stuff in the engine bay. I mean it looks clean in there, but I want it to look pretty now, like shiny pretty. I have though of a couple of color combinations like Black/Blue Purple/Green (Think Joker from Batman Colors) Black/Chrome Black/Orange I am not sure what I want to do, but I want to do it soon! Give Your Opinion on What you THINK I should do! Photoshops are highly Welcome! Pic of Engine Bay Thanks Gabriel
I say keep it all black. But that's my taste man. You'll see pics of mine soon, but it's been all black for awhile, I just added a few new touches. I just think all black is tasteful, stealth, and clean. Just add a little paint and a little billet to "polish" it up a little bit. That's JMO. But I won't be too mad if you don't do it, It'll keep mine original!!! I've just never been a fan of purple or green or any of that jazz. Chase
I vote all black also. It looks clean as it is. . . . Just black out those pesky yellow filler caps. (I did, and love it)
I say leave it. Until they realese new under hood shit for that car it looks fine. I would worry about a drop and some rims. Black rims. Those rims powdercoated black would be bad.
Gabe, Go see Chris at Loid's Rides for any painting needs... Billet Tech for the Polished needs such as filler caps, dipsticks...
Billet Technology sells a nice Kit for the caliber. Replaces all those yellow plastic caps. You can get Blue,Black,Red,Polished or satin finish. Good stuff.
Definitely put some color in there Brudda! At least some BT goodies. All black is played out (J/K) and for those old people like Ron, Rick and others who have issues with changes. Lol! Just don't do like Momo and paint your engine area pink.... he still swears it's because he was trying to get on the show "Pinks".... ya, whatever... Lol!
+1 Sand em down and paint em black. If you have the extra $$$ get the Billet stuff. I plan on doing it myself. The yellow pieces are an eyesore.
