After reading Resume's post on the red site, I think the press's wording was a little off. In that the GC already has uniframe, so the new one is just a redesign. Hopefully!

 

Not likely, Total Production number of typhoons over 2 years was only 4696. Syclones are even rarer at 2995 in one production year (1991) and only 3 made in 1992, one was crash tested only 2 survive today.
