I know 1fast4dr has removed his try him, I do know that once loose they pop out but be careful when putting them back in and not damaging the O-ring or you will have fuel spraying all over the engine bay use a little silicone spray to seat them

You need a fuel line tool to pop the line off at the back of the passenger rail. Then its just the 4 screws holding the rails to the manifold. Don't forget to disconnect the MAP sensor and brake boost vacuum line in the back, it makes getting the rails out much easier.

Here is one kind: [IMG] Here is the other kind: http://us.st11.yimg.com/us.st.yimg.com/I/sjdiscounttools_1991_516612318

They're usually about $5-7 at any auto parts store.

It's a good idea to have a rag handy or laying under the connector when you seperate the fittings. I'm not sure about Mopar rails but on my Mustang I vented some of the fuel pressure via a Schrader valve. Like I said though, only some of the pressure. It still pissed a couple ounces after the disconnect.

do you have to disconnect the fuel line from the rails/injectors???? i thought you could just unblot the rails and pull the entire unit out carefully one injector at a time????
