Well... not exactly, but I did buy a used Jeep Grand Cherokee for my mom day before yesterday. Went to a local auction and really wanted another Ford Explorer but the one there had a laundry list of problems listed on it, so I decided to get a slightly newer Jeep Grand Cherokee 6 cylinder. Problem is this one needs some maintenance, and today I already spend a few hundred bux on brakes. Next step is to get a new muffler, the one on it is cracked apparently (according to my dad) So I'm wondering what direction I should go with this. Naturally I'd like something along the lines of a Magnaflow or Flowmaster since no-brand name at NAPA are over $100, and the brand name performance once aren't that much more. But is it really necessary for an old lady with a 6 cylinder Jeep to make all that noise? Please advise. thanks, --Russ
