I had to wait four days for my radiator replacement but Stevens Creek Dodge charged only $35.85 for an oil change for my MSRT8 and did an excellent full exterior and interior detail for free! :thumb2:

Erik, HOLY CRAP!! HTF did you get an oil change from a dealer for 35 bucks?!?! The oil alone is waaaaaaay more than that! They must really like you, lol! Last time I was at Hartzheim they wanted (get this) $169 for the change. WTF?!?! My service guy knocked it down to $119 of which only $19 was labor, the rest was the oil and filter ($11/qt and $10 I think for the filter), but still that's toooooooo much. Is that SC Dodge's regular price or did you get some kind of special? Last time I was there it was Chris's Dodge World and it was a sleeze-fest that I couldn't get away from fast enough, might have to take another look for that price!

    Scott,

Either they messed up or, more likely, Scott the advisor gave me a big break because I had to wait four days for the radiator to arrive. Still though, I've never paid over $95 for an oil and filter change.

And yeah, Chris's Chrysler Dodge - what a racket. Run, don't walk for the exits! Glad their gone.

Yea, and back in 99 when we bought our Durango it was another name I can't remember but it was just as bad, if not worse! I mean these guys were the perfect example of a crooked dealer. We had a Durango all picked out and ready to buy but these guys were just plain theifs and gave us the typical run around after run around. So .... off to Hartzheim we went and 9 years later I'm still very, very happy with them. However they can get expensive at times but I get treated so well by my service advisor there that I just can't see going anywhere else.
