Flow benches are simply a tool like dynos and the data can be used constructively or manipulated as such. Regardless a sewer pipe will flow 1000cfm but won't make shit for power.
And yes, everyone that installs ported heads (and probably a cam at the same time) needs a CMR tune, not something canned. I think everyone realizes that, or at least they should.

 

A CMR tune is not needed for someone only installin heads. He can adjust for WOT on the hand-held, closed loop will not need adjustment. For anyone switching from one ported head to another ported head does not need a CMR tune period and to think so is rediculous. You may want to add/remove some fuel at wot, but definitely not a cmr tune. By the way, are you a cmr tuner? You couldnt even read the stock timing tables correctly, what are you basing this comment on since you are obviously not a cmr tuner yourself?

I am not a CMR tuner, and obviously if Ken Bjonnes is tuning your cars you aren't much of one either. I've also heard that a few of your west coast customers had to have another CMR tuner retune their rides because your tunes were blatant failures.
I'm basing my comments on my personal experience. I was multi-tasking last night when skimming your posts, BFD.
Honestly I've wondered how you could even be in business after speaking with Jeremy about you using my Jeep to fab your dingleberry turbo kit. He couldn't answer any of my questions, such as why use a 60mm turbo on a 400rw motor--it would cause more backpressure than anything. Or why you couldn't design a conventional mount kit that wouldn't require drainage plugs in the excessive piping to eliminate condensation build-up. Nothing but silence on the other end. :worthy:

 

LOL, even a stock motor will benefit from a CMR v canned tune. Unfrickingbelievable. :gtfoslap:

I dont think you will see any results till after they dyno the HHP heads, and the Mopar heads. I wouldnt expect anything till the end of this week.
