Has anyone heard anything other than rumor about a convertible going into production? No one I know is far enough up the food chain to tell me anything, or, they just ain't talkin' The only straight answer I have gotten is, that as of July, there are NO factory built prototypes being tested. I'd like to have one to go with my '70 Chally R/T convertible, but don't want to be holding onto a pipe dream.
Pipe dream. Maybe 2011, 2010 is too close as they have not even released the concept. The camaro vert concept appeared a while back and we wont see it for another year and a half, spring of 2010 i heard.
My contacts have informed me that 2010 is the year for the Vert. Nothing concrete though, but that is what I am waiting for.
you may be right. i have yet to see anything regarding the vert. i would never buy one though....there is just something about a dude driving a convertible.....kinda gay ya know? haha plus i think the soft top on that car would look like shit. congrats on your chally! i would order the same one.
Hmmmm, I'm pretty comfortable with my manhood... I don't have a problem driving this one every weekend! & Lookin' forward to a new one to go with it! (If they build it) IMO a convertible ain't ghey unless you're ridin' around with the top down, and the windows up!
