HalV48 aka Hal entered our April Photo Contest and won! The category was "Bounce Into Spring". Hal entered the photo you see below and his post with the photo stated "Just for giggles". I'm guessing Hal just entered to enter but didn't expect to win... guess you were wrong Hal haha. Below is the pic he submitted of his outstanding 300C SRT-8 which may look innocent and subtle from the outside but carries a deadly punch inside. Very well deserved! Congratulations Hal (HalV48)! Thank you for participating! The prizes for the winner of April's Photo Contest were the following: 1. Billet Technology will be giving a $50.00 gift certificate. 2. Stack Performance will be giving a $100 voucher to spend at their facility. 3. Darrell Cox Racing will be giving a T-shirt. 4. SRT/C Gold Supporting Membership Upgrade 5. WOW, That's like the only 3rd time I've won anything. 1st grade. I guessed the correct number of jelly beans in a jar. It was 123. I won the jelly beans. Probably what started my diabetes. When I was 15 I entered a contest put on by Hurst shifters to name their new Mystery Shifter. They gave away 50 of them. I forget what name I submitted, but the ended up leaving it the Mystery Shifter. My dad and where doing an automatic to 3 spd stick conversion on my sisters 57 Ford Convertible. 312 4 bbl. The Fordomatic was toast, so we could convert way cheaper than rebuilding. So I ordered the 3 spd Hurst mystery shifter to fit my sisters car. She was letting me drive it at 15 and I was attempting a power shift into second, will the shifter handler was secured with a compression fitting and wasn't strong enough for my right hand. It spun to the right with my momentum and of course I took out 2nd gear and the syncro. The next thing I was doing was learning how to pay for and repair my sisters tranny. Oh, one more thing, the most important. I won Cindy's heart in 1969. Thanks for your support and sympathy. Hopefully I will have some new pictures to put up in a month or so. All kinds of carbon fiber from AE Carbon and their new NX N2O/Meth setup that is incorporated into their new AEFIS CAI. Thanks Again
Well his account is protected so I couldn't upgrade his membership. He has access to everything a Gold member or higher would have anyways.
