So I've passed all my post-partum physicals and am happy to announce I can get back to the track again. Just have to figure out how to balance baby, hubby and track schedules. :flowers: I know this is silly, but its been since mid-September that I've been on a road course and I've been raring (is that a word?) to go ever since. Any thoughts on how to do this or do I just have to sit tight until Maddy can get her own helmet? :baby:
congrats tam...thats awesome... just tell daddy he needs daughter father time and then you go to the track
Just be honest with your hubby, tell him you really want to go and could he stay with Maddy. Works with me all the time when my girl needs to go out and have some fun. Most of the time I'll take our daughter out to the store for awhile or just something to give my girl some personal time.
Oh definitely wanna clear it with him first... I figure I'll wait until she's okay for going out or visitors, so he's not trapped at home with her the whole day if he needed to go out for something.
TELL Marc he is on LOCKDOWN and HAS to watch Maddy while you tend to FEMALE things... bwahahahahahaha
Dunno, its four hoursish drive to get there, so I'd be staying the night and I'm not sure if that'd fly just yet. Thinking maybe Laguna Seca at this point, maybe.
just hand hubby the baby and tell him that you've been watching her for the last ten months or so it's his turn for a day! haha
I'd like to do the HoP thing but the date doesn't work for me (always my luck). Hey, if you do LS PLEASE keep me in mind, I'D LOVE TO DO THAT!! Let me know ok??
Glad to hear you're getting back to normal, whatever that was. Track day sounds good, lunch sounds good too.
Congrats girl and I know you already have one but check these out they seem to be getting alot of attention for their safety: http://www.recarochildseats.com/
