just examples of peeps i'd be coo with lol im sure there are others... who knows...maybe JH wants it  hahahahahahahaha
Thats what damn investment companies do most of the time. They have no business owning a motor company. They will bleed it into non-existance. Chrysler employees were very strong minded (head strong) and Daimler just got sick of it and dumped them. I was involved in doing some do dilligence for Cerberus when they were looking to buy it. They got it for a song really and have made a good many bad decisions including doing away with the NEON which was a big money maker for them. Beyond the performances cars and trucks they dont have much to offer really. And trucks are not selling for anyone. I hope someone - even one of Japan's companies buys them. Otherwise they have little chance of making it in the long term ....just my opinion but I make my living in the investment market place....:ronlove:
A couple of years ago Chevy put the Corvette on the market but never sold it. I highly doubt the Viper will be sold off Cerebus has done one hell of a job running the company so far. I could see them bringing in the Chrysler Firepower to open up Viper parts to more of a mass production rather then killing it.
Cerberus is at it again, another day another bad thing for us. I see now Dodge is withdrawing from the Nascar Truck Series. You all know what's next. Let's all stand and praise our saviours Cerberus!! :ninja:
Cerebus got a great deal on buying 80% of Chrysler. Then they made the dumb move of putting Nardelli in place to run the company. He about killed Home Depot. Then Chrycerebus sells of the Mopar parts division and the Chrysler building in New York. They should never have been allowed to buy the company. But then again Merc-Benz only bought Chrysler for the Billion in cash that Chrsyler had on hand. Once Merc-Benz burned through that, they sold it off to the highest bidder and still retain 20% of Chrysler. Now Chrycerebus wants to sell off the Viper...tsk tsk. I wonder if TATA motors in India will want to buy Viper. Ford already sold them Jaguar and Range Rover earlier this year, just to unload those higher end vehicles that Ford could not make money at. The TATA Viper, lol. Show us your TATA's, .
I don't foresee the Chrysler brand being around long...... That blood-sucking Hedge Fund is going to kill it, piece by piece. oh:
i swear to god....im never buying another Dodge again....my car will be forever but when the trucks time comes....im going back to ford...YEAH I SAID IT FORD!!!!!!!! BUILT FORD TOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL!
Whats next? Killing the Dodge ram? I fail to see whats coming next. The truck market is an extremely competitive segment on top of that its been shrinking, Chrysler and Cerebus has done one hell of a job pushing the Dodge Ram with the new completely redesigned 09s on top of that its Partnership with Nissan, which in 2 years time will no longer make Nissan Titans but they will make Dodge Rams under the Nissan nameplate which once again is expanding the Dodge Rams production.
Yea guys I know, I was SHOCKED to hear it too, and saddened. I was watching the Nascar race Sunday and the announcers were talking about how Dodge wasn't gonna have any cars in The Chase and then they mentioned that Dodge had announced at the truck race the day before that they were withdrawing from the Craftsman Truck Series next year. I was stunned, just stunned. Trucks ARE Dodge, you don't get any more "DODGE" than the Ram. And Nascar's one of the biggest advertising stages there is! What's really sad is we all know what's next. You know this Cerberus thing is really becoming a nightmare.
