I was just watching Speed Channel and saw this incredible wreck/double flip. Jason (MotherMopar) and I had a chance to go watch the CORR's event here in Chula Vista, CA last year and both thought it was incredible racing. Unbelievable! Dave, if you get a chance to catch the event go check it out. There are 6 or 8 races in one day and they are all quick and exciting! Each race is about 20 minutes and full of great racing! The trucks are 850 hp and the smells and sounds are awesome!
The wife's cousin used to race those ... ummm... chit, can't think of what they're called. Opened wheeled things with the parallel wings on the top that look like the bill boards they put on the top of taxi cabs. Short dirt ovals. Nothing like those trucks and an off road track. The format with lots of heats is great though.

Sounds like sprint cars.... That double flip was out of control!! Must've been one helluva ride!!! Looked like he should have been able to just drive it away!!:stretcher:
That's it! Except all the shocks ripped loose, the motor was lowered a bit and he was an inch or two shorter :dunno2: I liked the way the announcers said something like "Yep, he seems to be ok. He works out every single day so something like this shouldn't be a problem"... haha, it's just like That should rub right out.
