ok, i just got done with a bit of a road trip, went up to sonoma, then off to sac this weekend. on the way (with the gf) i see 3 new chally srt8s. 2 orange, 1 black. the first is on 880 just south of the oracle arena (where they had the ceremony for the 4 kia leos later that day). he was just bitching along in the fast lane at around 70mph. i come up on him pretty quickly because hey, the speed limit around there is usually just south of 90. so i get behind him, not tailgating in anyway and flash my brights telling him to move over please. he proceeds to slow down.....wtf? of course you know me, i gun it and get in the middle lane and look over (all my windows are down btw, it was a beautiful day) he gives me this look like hes doing nothing wrong and proceeds to bitch along at his pace. i shoot by him and continue on my way. i then get to napa and am again just shooting through and come along a black chally. this dude sees me in his rear view and automatically jumps on it to match my speed. we are cruising along at around 75 and then i have to move over for my exit. cool guy. the nextd night (about an hour or two ago) im in sacto and come along another homo in an orange chally. same exact story except for this pos actually shoots me the finger. i naturally slow down and point to the nearest exit so i can "talk" with this fat fucker. i move over and this pos keeps driving along like he doesnt see me. i seriously am still fuming about this hours (and a couple days) later. what is it about orange cars that bring out the inner dipshit? i know i shouldnt generalize but please folks....arent there some cool people that drive orange cars? the goddamn dukes of hazard charger was cool as hell and no way would they drive it like a prius.
Eh, I keep seeing an Orange one here around Pleasanton/Dublin. I've decided I don't like that color, even on the Challenger. But then I grew up in the middle of the whole Crimson Tide/Vol State crap. Imagine a mustang in "shoot me please" orange, complete with Orange "T" decals and flags on each corner and a personalized plate and plate holders. And yeah, he drove like a jackass too... On second thought...ya know, maybe its just those of us with the black cars. Supposedly we're antisocial and deviant or something..I dunno.. :grin:
Mm...yours is more of a nice coppery color, altogether a different thing. Same with the GoMango...and yeah, I love Mopars in all colors... I just don't like orange....there...have I covered myself enough?
people who drive black cars are just overly aggressive, road raging azzhats....... wait, that describes me too........yeah, orange sucks...... * goes to ask son what orange is....*
