Give me second... That's code name for Fort Erie, as far as I know. The Canadian Ballet up there is something to behold... not that I really know.
Canadians. You had to ask. Being a former Buffalonian, I can speak from experience. But instead of 'going there', did I ever tell you all how we used to have competitions on the NY State Thruway to see how many Canuck minivans we could run off the road and into drainage ditches at 55 mph?!?! My personal best was 4 in a day. You should've seen the looks on the faces of the Canadian kids as they were about to plummet down the embankments. Hockey sticks, beer bottles, knitted mittens and Moose pelts would fly all over the road... OMG... those were the days. Quick story, then I gotta go to a baby Dr. appt.: I worked on the Canadian border, 1999-2002, near Buffalo/Niagara Falls. 9-11 hit and Canada took-in any/all US flights that weren't allowed to land in the USA... they took care of my countrymen like family, in my nation's moment of need. The Canadians then, on 9-12-01, placed a huge banner across their side of the border, facing the US, that read: "God Bless America". What more can be said? Its a great nation and a friend of the USA. God Bless Canada too!
Been there a few times myself. Had a great time, every time. Weather was kind of chilly for us 4% body fat, ultimate in fitness, individuals, but the people were great as well as the food!
