BT did a fine job making these brass and copper medalions out of blanks I sent. The wing they fit in is home made. Now I cant decide which I like better. Thought about velcro so I could switch now and then but I didn't bore the wing deep enough for the velcro thickness.
    Do you likey?? which??

Is the copper clear coated? If not it's going to take a lot of maintenance or it will look like the finish on the statue of liberty really fast.
Brass takes some care too but way less than copper. I'm assuming they're both coated to seal them.

No coating I expect to be buffing these regurlary just as I have to the grill. Might go with black or Red in the engraving though

Very nice...how about a pic of both, on the car. It might be more helpful. But, right now I'm leaning towards brass.

In that case I'll change my vote to the copper with a dark red in the engraving.
